Zoho implementation for Electronics Manufacturing company
An American electronics manufacturing company needed to replace fragmented order and customer management processes with a centralized CRM system.
Customer information, orders, vendors, price books, and other business data were stored across spreadsheets and email, making sales operations difficult to manage and slowing down order processing.
CRMOZ implemented and customized Zoho CRM, migrated the company’s existing data, connected website forms, and automated key sales processes — creating a centralized environment for managing customers, orders, tasks, and analytics.

Business Challenge
The company wanted to automate its sales processes and consolidate business data into one system. Previously, orders were received through email, while customer and operational information was stored in spreadsheets.
Key requirements included:
✔️ Centralize customer and sales data in Zoho CRM.
✔️ Replace spreadsheet-based data management.
✔️ Speed up order processing.
✔️ Create and customize CRM modules and fields.
✔️ Establish relationships between different CRM modules.
✔️ Transfer existing customer and business data into Zoho CRM.
✔️ Synchronize website forms with CRM records.
✔️ Automate tasks and notifications for sales managers.
✔️ Create structured sales workflows.
✔️ Provide better visibility into sales and financial performance.
Solution
CRMOZ started the project with a discovery phase to understand the company’s existing processes and implementation requirements. The team mapped the business processes using BPMN before configuring the CRM architecture.
Custom modules and fields were created in Zoho CRM, and relationships between modules were configured to reflect the company’s actual operational structure.
CRMOZ then developed a custom WordPress extension to synchronize website forms with Zoho CRM. Individual field mappings were configured because information submitted through a single website form could need to populate multiple CRM modules.
Existing data — including clients, deals, vendors, price books, leads, companies, contacts, and other records — was migrated from spreadsheets into Zoho CRM.
The team also implemented automated notifications, task creation, and Blueprint-based workflows for the sales department. Custom widgets were developed, including calendar functionality synchronized with Zoho Calendar and displayed directly on the CRM.
