Integrating Zoho with Woocommerce for Jewelry company
An e-commerce company relied on WooCommerce as its primary source of customer orders while using Zoho Inventory to manage fulfillment, shipments, and warehouse stock. Working across two separate systems required employees to manually coordinate order information and made it difficult to efficiently process a growing number of orders.
CRMOZ developed a custom integration between WooCommerce and Zoho Inventory that automatically transfers order data, synchronizes updates, and creates a more reliable workflow for the client’s sales and fulfillment teams.

Business Challenge
The company needed to connect its WooCommerce store with Zoho Inventory and eliminate manual work between its online ordering and inventory management processes.
The main challenge was the absence of a standard integration that could support the client’s required workflow.
Key requirements included:
✔️ Automatically transfer WooCommerce orders to Zoho Inventory.
✔️ Keep order information synchronized between the two systems.
✔️ Track updates without relying on manual data entry.
✔️ Support warehouse and shipment management in Zoho Inventory.
✔️ Reduce errors caused by employees working across separate platforms.
✔️ Maintain a stable synchronization process even when direct WooCommerce update hooks were unavailable.
Solution
CRMOZ developed a custom integration layer connecting WooCommerce with Zoho Inventory.
A standalone server was configured to process and transfer order information between the systems. Because the required WooCommerce updates could not be handled through standard integration functionality, a scheduled synchronization process was implemented to regularly check WooCommerce for new and updated orders.
When relevant changes are detected, the integration processes the data and transfers it to Zoho Inventory, allowing the client’s team to continue managing inventory, fulfillment, and shipments from their existing Zoho environment.
Webhooks were also configured on the Zoho Inventory side to process relevant updates and maintain communication between the connected systems.
After deployment, CRMOZ performed end-to-end testing together with the client’s team to verify the complete order workflow.
